Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
All our jewelry is handmade with traditional methods. Every piece of jewelry is completely inspected before leaving our workshop. We have confidence in all our items are in good condition. However, despite our best efforts a minor defect may sometimes slip through. If the problem is from a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no extra charge.
If you ever lose a side stone from your jewelry during normal wear, we will repair or replace the lost stone with one of similar without extra cost.
The Main stone is properly set by multiple claws setting which is strong enough to protect the stone, the prongs can snag on clothing or other materials and cause the main stone dropped. We are not responsible for this kind of damaged, but we agree to repair it at minimum cost if main stone is found.
We suggest customers to check the main stone setting regularly. Our jewelry is well handcrafted with prong setting which grips the main stone tightly, it is not easy for the stone to fall off. However, the prongs can snag on clothing or other materials especially sweaters. They may not aware to have the prongs inspected from time to time to ensure they have not become loosened.
